Order Cancellation

Please note that we can only cancel new orders before they are shipped and before you receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Once the shipping confirmation email has been sent, your order is on its way and cannot be stopped.

Delayed Delivery

In rare cases, packages may take longer than the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping times or unexpected delays during transit. We ask for your understanding and patience if this occurs. In such cases, we will send a replacement package if no tracking updates are available for more than 20-25 business days. This may happen particularly during busy holiday seasons (November to December), promotions, or other special circumstances.

Damages

Evoart is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
