Eligible Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The returned items must have the original label.
- The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer!
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized or custom items.
- Bundle items cannot be returned.
- Any item not listed on the website.
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at support@evoart.nl to request a Return Authorization number (RA number).
- Safely package the item in the original packaging.
- Include the RA number on the package along with any necessary documentation.
- Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Costs
The costs of returns are the customer's responsibility. This means that shipping fees for returning a product will not be reimbursed by us.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping fees.
Refund Process
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed once we have received the returned item.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please specify your preference when requesting the RA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include a return or replacement.
